East Forsyth Athletic Information

All students planning to try out for a fall sport must complete and submit the Middle School Athletic Packet through DragonFly before the official tryout date.

INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Students must have an up-to-date (within the last 12 months) physical uploaded into DragonFly.   

A student must have insurance coverage to participate in interscholastic sports.  Students wishing to apply for school insurance may pick up the application form from Ms. Peete or in the main office.

Students must meet attendance, academic, and discipline standards to be eligible for interscholastic athletic participation.
